Ilika plc (AIM: IKA) ("Ilika" or the "Company"), the advanced cleantech materials discovery company, announces the grant of options as set out in the admission document published on 6 May 2010. The options are exercisable at 51p each. Options granted to Directors vest according to the schedule set out below.
