Exercise of Options
Ilika plc (AIM: IKA) ("Ilika" or the "Company"), the advanced cleantech materials discovery company, has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 4,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealing is expected to commence in these shares on 3 June 2010.
The ordinary shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. The total number of shares in issue (inclusive of the above issue) is 36,573,359 ordinary shares of £0.01 each.
