Board Update

InterContinental Hotels Group ("IHG") [LON:IHG, NYSE:IHG (ADRs)] today announces that Non-Executive Director, Malina Ngai, will be stepping down from the Board of IHG, effective from the close of the 2020 Annual General Meeting, to concentrate on her other executive commitments.

Patrick Cescau, Non-Executive Chair, IHG, commented: "Malina has brought significant insight and experience to the IHG Board during her three-year term. I am grateful for this valuable contribution and wish her the very best for the future."
