Inditherm PLC21 December 2007 For Immediate Release 21 December 2007 Inditherm plc Share Options Granted Inditherm PLC ("the Company", AIM: IDM) today announces the followingarrangement with respect to the grant of share options. The board of the Company has today agreed and authorised the granting of optionsto subscribe for a total of 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, to the two directors detailed below. The exercise price for each Option will be 10p per Ordinary Share in the capitalof the Company representing a premium to the current market price at the time ofthis announcement. The Options will be exercisable between the second and tenthanniversary of the date the options were granted, and are subject to acceptanceby the Remuneration Committee.
