The Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held today, 3 August 2017, was approved by shareholders.

The Company has submitted a copy of the resolution to the National Storage Mechanism and this will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. It can also be accessed via the Company's website, www.migvct.co.uk.
