Under the terms of the agreement, Image Scan Holdings has granted GalaxyScientific the rights to reproduce, distribute or sub-license its MimiX softwarein conjunction with Galaxy's market leading training software package used by USorganisations for training operators of X-ray security screening equipment -Galaxy's TRX Machine Simulation Software Package.
