Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights
Image Scan (AIM: IGE), the specialist supplier of X-ray screening systems to the security and industrial inspection markets, has received notice from each of Sarah Atwell King and Vince Deery to each exercise share options over 250,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive scheme ("EMI scheme") at an exercise price of 2p.

Application has been made for the 500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") which is expected to occur on 13 December 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 136,854,577. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 136,854,577 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

About Image Scan Holdings plc
The core activity of the Group is the manufacture of portable X-ray systems for security and counter terrorism applications. The Group recently launched a cabinet X-ray machine and is replacing its Axis range of checkpoint X-ray systems with new machines developed with a partner. All these products are taken to market across the world through a strong network of international partners.
In addition, over the last fourteen years, Image Scan has developed and manufactured industrial X-ray inspection systems, the MDXi range. The primary market for these systems is in automotive emissions control where they are used for quality control inspection of catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters.
