Block Listing Application

Harworth Group plc (the "Company") announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and the London Stock Exchange for 346,678 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the FCA's Official List and for admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, respectively.

The Shares will be allotted and issued, from time to time, to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Harworth Group plc Restricted Share Plan (RSP).

The Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will take place at 8am on 6 March 2024.
