For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules ("DTR"), the Company notifies the market that following thecancellation of the above shares the Company's share capital will comprise 2,098,262 Ordinary Shares of 5p which carry one vote for every £1 in nominalvalue: And 3,356,061 'A' Limited Voting Ordinary Shares of 5p which carry one vote forevery £10 in nominal value. Heavitree does not have any shares in treasury and does not have any other classof shares with voting rights. Consequently, following cancellation, the number of Total Voting Rights will be121,693 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in Heavitree under the DTR.
