Transaction in Own Shares

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company"), a FTSE 250 investment company with global exposure to private companies, managed by HarbourVest Partners, announces that it has purchased 10,613 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at an average price of £22.557552 per Share for cancellation. This is pursuant to the authority granted at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 20 July 2022.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 79,507,509 Shares in issue. The above figure (79,507,509) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
