Director/PDMR Shareholding
Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance market, was informed on 12 November 2025 that Mr Nigel Hanbury, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Director of the Company and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury, on the same day, sold 92,900 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 210 pence per share and subsequently purchased 92,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 210.035 pence per share into their Individual Savings Accounts, in order to effect "Bed and ISA" trades. Mr Hanbury's and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury's total interest remains unchanged at 7,527,680 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.8% of voting rights of the Company.
