Acquisition of Pooks

Further to the Company's announcements made on 22 December 2016 and 9 January 2017, Helios is pleased to announce competition of the acquisition of Pooks Limited ("Pooks"), a limited liability member of Lloyd's, following approval on 25 January 2017 by Lloyds' of London of the change of control of Pooks.
