("Let's Explore", the "Company" or the "Group")
(To be re-named Huddled Group PLC)
Change of Company Name
The Company is pleased to announce that, following the approval by the Company's shareholders ("Shareholders") at the General Meeting held on 16 October 2023, the Company has been renamed Huddled Group PLC. The new Company name has been formally registered at Companies House and a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name has been issued. The change of name will take effect on AIM from 08:00 today and dealings under the new name will commence immediately thereafter.
The Company's TIDM will also change to HUD. Its ISIN (GB00BD5JRP64) remains unchanged. The Company's website address (which includes the information required by AIM Rule 26) has changed to www.huddled.com/investors.
Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates will continue to be valid and should be retained.
