Payment of 2022 Interim Dividend in Sterling
Hunting PLC (LSE : HTG) the international energy services group today announces the foreign exchange conversion rate to Sterling for the interim dividend to be paid to shareholders on 28 October 2022.
As announced in the Company's 2022 Interim Results on 25 August 2022, the Directors declared an interim dividend of 4.5 cents per share. The conversion rate to Sterling has been determined by taking the average US dollar/Sterling exchange rate between 12-14 October 2022, resulting in a final exchange rate to be applied of US$1.1164 to £1.
The interim Sterling dividend to be paid to shareholders will therefore be:
4.0308 pence per Ordinary share
