Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 28 May 2012 by Richard Hunting, non-executive Chairman of Hunting, of changes to his share interests.

Mr Hunting has an interest in 1,105,339 Ordinary Shares in the Company as trustee of certain Hunting Family Trusts. From 10 May 2012, 500,000 of these Ordinary Shares have been used as security against loans extended to the trustees of a Hunting Family Trust. The Company has no involvement in these loans, which are personal to the Hunting family.

Richard Hunting's interest in Ordinary Shares held by the Hunting Family Trusts remains at 1,105,339 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.75% of the share capital of the Company. Mr Hunting's separate beneficial holding also remains at 743,306 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.51% of the share capital. Mr Hunting's total voting rights remain unchanged at 1,848,645 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.26% of the share capital.
