Holdings In Company
Hunting PLC (LSE : HTG) has received notification today from Hunting Investments Limited ("HIL") that on 12 March 2015, it purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 486.2 pence per share. Following this share purchase HIL has a beneficial interest in 11,073,487 ordinary shares in Hunting, representing 7.44% in the issued share capital of the Company.
These additional shares are party to the shareholder agreement signed by various Hunting Family Interests on 22 September 2014.
The total voting rights held by the voting committee administered by HIL has therefore increased to 25,510,438 representing 17.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The table below details the beneficial holdings of the signatories to the shareholder agreement in relation to Hunting PLC ordinary shares:

Richard Hunting
Richard Hunting, Hunting PLC's non-executive Chairman, is a connected party in relation to the above share purchase as he is a Director of HIL. He is also a signatory to the shareholder agreement.
Richard Hunting's beneficial holding of 463,306 ordinary shares in Hunting PLC remains unchanged representing 0.31% of the current issued share capital of Hunting PLC. Richard Hunting's non-beneficial interest in the Hunting Family Trusts also remains at 979,049 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.66% of the issued share capital of Hunting PLC. All voting rights have, however, been transferred to the Voting Committee.
