Director/PDMR Shareholding
Hunting PLC today announces certain share awards to Executive Directors.
Dennis Proctor
On 25 February 2011, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Dennis Proctor was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 57,295 shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 25 February 2014.
Peter Rose
On 25 February 2011, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Peter Rose was granted a conditional option at nil cost, to acquire 23,241 shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 25 February 2014.
