Hunting PLC today announces certain share awards to Executive Directors.

Dennis Proctor

On 20 March 2013, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Dennis Proctor was granted a conditional award at nil cost, to acquire 52,516 shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 20 March 2016.

Peter Rose

On 20 March 2013, under the rules of the Hunting PLC Performance Share Plan, Peter Rose was granted conditional options at nil cost, to acquire 21,119 shares in the capital of the Company. This award is subject to performance conditions and will vest on 20 March 2016.
