John Hofmeister, a non executive director of Hunting, has notified the Company that he has purchased 5,000 Ordinary 25p Shares at a price of 546p per share. The purchase took place on 18 September 2009. As a result of this acquisition, Mr Hofmeister now holds 5,000 shares or 0.0037% of the issued share capital of the Company.
