Hunting today announces the following share purchase by an executive Director of the Company.
Bruce Ferguson
The Company was informed on 31 October that Bruce Ferguson had purchased 2,139 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 259 pence per share from cash received from a dividend payment. The purchase took place on 31 October 2022. Following this transaction Bruce Ferguson's beneficial holding is 170,839 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.10% of the Company's share capital.
