Director's Shareholding
The Company was notified on 18 October 2013 that following a sale on 18 October 2013, totalling 35,796 shares, in his capacity as Trustee, Richard Hunting's interest in the Hunting Family Trusts has reduced to 979,049 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.66% of the share capital. The average sale price of these shares was 857.8 pence.
Mr Hunting's beneficial holding remains at 463,306 Ordinary shares representing 0.31% of the share capital.
Following this transaction, Mr Hunting has voting rights over 1,442,355 Ordinary shares representing 0.97% of the share capital in the Company.
