Completion of PT SMB Industri Acquisition
Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG), the international energy services company today announces completion of the acquisition of PT SMB, a premium threading operation in Batam, Indonesia.
The terms of the transaction are unchanged from those announced on 8 June 2009 and all regulatory clearancesΒ have been obtainedΒ from the Indonesian authorities.
