Hunting PLC18 July 2007 18 July 2007 Hunting PLC Total Voting Rights Voting Rights and Capital Notification in accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitionalprovision 6 Hunting PLC (the 'Company') has one class of share admitted to trading on aregulated market being ordinary shares of 25 pence each. As at the date of this announcement, 131,504,647 ordinary shares are in issue,representing a total ordinary share capital of GBP 32,876,162. The voting rightsattaching to the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share,representing total voting rights of 131,504,647. The Company holds 1,005,731 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 130,498,916.
