Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price - Correction
Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 27 February 2025 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the final dividend of 29.9 cents per share payable on 9 June 2025. The deadline for receipt of elections was 19 May 2025.
The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 1,237p.
The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 20 May 2025 and ending on 27 May 2025.
The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 22.23p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published in the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 20 May 2025 and ending on 27 May 2025.
