Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Jeremy Pinchin, a PDMR, that on the vesting of his 2014 Performance Share Plan awards on 17 March 2017 he sold 97,183 ordinary shares of 6.5p each ('Shares') at a price of 1078p per share. The transactions were executed in GBP. The notification made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) is set out below.
Following these transactions Mr Pinchin remains interested in 71,854 Shares.
