Purchase of C Deferred Shares and Deferred Shares

Hamilton, Bermuda (9 April 2014) - Further to the announcements on 24 and 25 February 2014 and 19 March 2014, the Company announces that following the approval of the Return of Capital by Shareholders at the EGM held on 18 March 2014 and the Share Capital Consolidation which took effect on 19 March 2014 whereby Shareholders received 89 New Ordinary Shares and 89 Deferred Shares for every 100 Existing Ordinary Shares that they held at 4.30 pm on 18 March 2014, the Company has today purchased, for an aggregate consideration of one penny, all of the Deferred Shares arising on the Share Capital Consolidation. Those purchased Deferred Shares have been cancelled by the Company.
The Company has today also purchased, for an aggregate consideration of one penny, all of the C Deferred Shares arising on the automatic reclassification of the 261,555,693 C Shares in respect of which the C Share Dividend was paid earlier today. Those purchased C Deferred Shares have been cancelled by the Company.
