Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified by Mr Bronek Masojada, Chief Executive Officer, that a person closely associated with him has sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company, on 9 November 2017, at a price of 1444.49p per share. The transaction was executed in GBP.
The Company has also been notified by Mr Robert Childs, Chairman, that he and a person closely associated with him have together transferred a total of 44,800 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company. The transactions took place on 10 November 2017 and comprised 22,400 Shares transferred by Mr Robert Childs to The Robert Childs 2017 Discretionary Settlement Trust and 22,400 Shares transferred by Mrs Mary Childs to The Mary Childs 2017 Discretionary Settlement Trust, for nil consideration. Both Robert Childs and Mary Childs retained the beneficial ownership in the shares.
The Company has also been notified by Mr Richard Watson, Chief Underwriting Officer, that he sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company, on 10 November 2017, at a price of 1449.97p per share. The transaction was executed in GBP and took place in Switzerland.
The notifications made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
