Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Paul Lawrence, a PDMR, on 14 March 2018, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p per share which he then sold on the same day at a price of 1510p,
Mr Lawrence and persons closely associated with him remain interested in 33,466 shares.
