2016 Annual Report

HSS released its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016 on 5 April 2017. The Company now confirms that the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available for viewing at the Company's website (www.hsshiregroup.com) and are being mailed to shareholders shortly, together with the accompanying Form of Proxy.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 14 June 2017 at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow, Pavilion Centre, Eastern Perimeter Road, Hatton Cross, Heathrow, TW6 2SQ.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1 and LR 9.6.3, copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
