Resignation of Director

HSS Hire Group plc (the "Company") announces that Fiona Perrin, Group Sales and Marketing Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect for family reasons. Fiona will remain with the Company in a reduced role for the immediate future to ensure a smooth handover of her key responsibilities.

Chris Davies, Chief Executive of HSS Hire Group, said: "Fiona is an extremely talented executive and a valued colleague who has brought energy, innovation and clear strategic thinking to a key role for us. The whole Board is grateful for her immense contribution to the business for the past eight years and she will leave with our best wishes for the future."
