Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental, infrastructure and property sectors, announces that, on 4 September 2025, Stephen Craigen (a PDMR) sold 2,193 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 730.0 pence each. Mr Craigen immediately purchased 2,183 Ordinary Shares into an ISA at 731.5 pence each.
Following these transactions, Mr Craigen's total shareholding is 24,070 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
