Board Responsibilities

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, notifies all interested parties that the Chair, Roger McDowell, is taking a temporary sabbatical for personal reasons with immediate effect. It is expected that Roger will resume his duties as Chair in September 2023. During the intervening period, Roger will remain a Director.

Nigel Halkes FCA, Senior Independent Director, will assume the position of Chair in Roger's absence.
