Blocklisting Application
The Company announces that, following a board meeting held onΒ 2 FebruaryΒ 2012, application has been made to AIM for a block listing ofΒ 544,688Β ordinary shares of 10pΒ each in the CompanyΒ ('Ordinary Shares'). The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares to be allotted pursuant to the exercise of existing options granted under the following approved Hargreaves Services plc 2006 Performance Share Plan and 2005 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ('Sharesave') :
