Result of AGM
Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that all resolutions were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today.
The proxy votes in respect of all resolutions passed at the AGM were in excess of 99% of votes cast in favour of each resolution with the exception of resolution 2 (to approve the Directors' Corporate Governance and Remuneration Reports for the year ended 31 May 2020), for which 85.5% of votes cast were in favour of the resolution.
Owing to Covid-19 restrictions, shareholders were not able to attend the AGM. The Notice of AGM explained that a facility was in place for shareholders to ask questions of the Board of Directors by sending questions, by email, to investor.relations@hsgplc.co.uk by 11.00am on 26 October 2020. No questions were received from shareholders.
