Director / PDMR Shareholding
Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP) announces that, on 25 June 2026, the Company was notified that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company, had purchased 12,690 ordinary shares of ten pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 814.74p each and sold 410 Ordinary Shares at 808.21p each. Following these transactions, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 8,450,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 27.52% of the Company's issued share capital. This total is made up of the following:
North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc: 6,100,000 Ordinary Shares
Oryx International Growth Fund Limited: 2,300,000 Ordinary Shares
Harwood Capital LLP: 50,000 Ordinary Shares (including 9,292 Ordinary Shares held by Nicholas Mills)
