Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces the following Director share purchases.
On 23 November 2020, Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 219p per share. Following this purchase, Mr McDowell's total holding is 350,000 shares representing 1.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 23 November 2020, Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director, purchased 38,468 ordinary shares in the Company at an average cost of 221p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Jones' total holding is 38,468 shares, representing 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital.
