Result of the Annual General Meeting
Hague and London Oil PLC, the hydrocarbon exploration company, is pleased to confirm that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held yesterday were duly passed.
As previously announced, Dr. Malcolm Butler decided not to present himself for re-election to the Board and therefore retired from his position at the Annual General Meeting.
