HML strengthens board with the appointment of Elizabeth Holden as nonexecutive director

HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces the appointment of Elizabeth Holden as non-executive director with immediate effect.

Elizabeth was previously a partner at Slaughter and May, the international law firm, where she advised on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and corporate law. She is also a non-executive director of Great Portland Estates, a FTSE 250 listed property company, and Your Lifespace, the property development business of Circle Housing Group.
