VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with theΒ FinancialΒ Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Halma p.l.c.Β ('Halma')Β confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue atΒ 31 OctoberΒ 2009Β is unchanged atΒ 376,315,088Β Halma holdsΒ 807,844Β shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma isΒ 375,507,244.Β The above figure ofΒ 375,507,244Β may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. |
