NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PARTIES
HELICAL BAR PLC ("Helical Bar or "the Company")
The Company was informed today that the following transactions had taken place:
1. 2010 Performance Share Plan Award
On 13 July 2010, under the terms of the Helical Bar plc Performance Share
Plan 2004 approved at the Annual General Meeting of 28 July 2004, the
following share awards were made to the directors of the Company at the
closing mid-market price on 12 July 2010 of 276.10p.
Michael Slade 543,281 shares
Nigel McNair Scott 363,998 shares
Gerald Kaye 353,132 shares
Matthew Bonning-Snook 298,804 shares
Jack Pitman 298,804 shares
2. 2007 Performance Share Plan Award
As indicated in the Report & Accounts for the year to 31 March 2010, the
Performance Share Plan Awards made on 6 July 2007 did not satisfy their
performance criteria, and, accordingly, have lapsed.
3. Directors' Interests in Shares
Following these transactions the directors' interests in shares are as follows:
