HELICAL AGREES FINAL LETTING AT C SPACE, SHOREDITCH

Helical is pleased to announce the letting of the final space at C Space, its 62,000 sq ft, award-winning* office scheme at 37-45 City Road, Shoreditch, London, EC1.

NeuLion Limited, a leading technology product and service provider that specialises in the digital video broadcasting, distribution, and monetisation of live and on-demand content to Internet-enabled devices, has taken the entire top floor and the remaining half of the third floor, totalling 15,387 sq ft, on an 11 year lease with no break but with a right to renew for a further five years. NeuLion has agreed to pay a rental level in line with current market rents.

A former carpet factory, Helical has transformed C Space into a contemporary workplace which has been reconfigured to optimise the efficiency of space, maximise natural light and ensure the building reengages with its surroundings. 75% of the building was pre let to Mullen Lowe Group UK to house all its agencies including advertising agency DLKW Lowe, activation agency Lowe Open and digital agency Lowe Profero.

As an innovator in the technology space, NeuLion wanted an office in the heart of London to showcase their technology and run their European operations enabling them to drive continued growth throughout Europe. NeuLion is planning to build a brand new Technical Operations Center on the third floor that will be the video hub to monitor various services and operations 24 hour a day, 7 days a week.
