Helical Bar PLC12 January 2005 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for block listings totalling 732,453 Ordinary shares of 5p each totrade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List uponissuance. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares ofthe Company. The Block listings consist of 52,453 shares to be issued under The Helical BarApproved 1999 Share Option Scheme, 180,000 shares to be issued under the SeniorExecutive 1988 Share Option Scheme and 500,000 shares to be issued under TheHelical Bar 1999 Share Option Scheme.
