The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay a final dividend as follows:

Pay Date 29 September 2010
Dividend per share 0.58p
There will also be a special dividend as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date * 8 September 2010
Record Date ** 10 September 2010
Pay Date 29 September 2010
Dividend per share 1.70p
* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.
