The Company's Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements, together with the Notice of the 2008 Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 July 2008 are available from the Company Secretary and have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

Broker update
Following the recent resignation of the Investment Companies' team from Dresdner Kleinwort, the broking agreement between the Company and Dresdner Kleinwort has been terminated. Oriel Securities Limited remains broker to the Company.
