The Company announces that the Directors of the Company named below acquired the stated number of Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company on 8 November 2012, following the exercise of their entire holdings of Subscription shares on 31 October 2012. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and the Subscription price paid was 950 pence per share.
