Hilton Food Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 October 2025 it was notified of the exercise of ordinary share options of 10 pence each in the Company on 9 October 2025 by Matt Osborne, Chief Financial Officer, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") scheme.
The resulting shares were issued at nil cost. Matt Osborne has elected to pay the income tax and National Insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise personally and has retained all of the shares resulting from the exercise of his options:
