Results of General Meeting
Hardide is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, Shareholders passed all the resolutions, as detailed in the circular sent to Shareholders dated 4 June 2008. Accordingly, the proposals set out in the announcement made on 3 June 2008 can now be concluded. In particular, the placing of 42,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Placing Shares") through Seymour Pierce Limited at 3p per share, and the convertible loan note in the sum of £225,000, to raise a total of £1,500,000 (before expenses), can now be completed.
Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 27 June 2008.
