London: Monday, 28 March 2011: Chi-Med was informed on 26 March 2011 that Mr Michael Howell, Independent Non-executive Director of Chi-Med, disposed 21,200 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each in Chi-Med (the "Shares") at nil consideration on 25 March 2011.
Following this disposal, Mr Howell is beneficiary interested in 121,800 Shares, representing approximately 0.24% of the current issued share capital of Chi-Med.
