Block Listing Application
The Gym Group plc announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an extension to the Company's existing block listing in respect of The Gym Group plc Performance Share Plan, for an additional 170,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
The application is being made in respect of Shares that will be issued from time to time by the Company in relation to the exercise of share options granted under the terms of The Gym Group plc Performance Share Plan. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00a.m. on 31 August 2022.
