("Draper Esprit" or the "Company")
Grant of Options to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 418,930 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to certain PDMRs of the Company pursuant to the Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") and Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), as set out below.
The Options awarded under the CSOP have an exercise price of 449p (being the closing mid-market price at 29th June 2020), a performance condition of an 8% per annum share price hurdle and a vesting period of 3 years.
The Options awarded under the LTIP have a nominal value exercise of 1p price and are subject to the LTIP performance conditions set out in the Company's annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2020, a copy of which is available at https://draperesprit.com/investors/plc/results-and-reports.
After the grant of these Options, the PDMRs set out below have the following Options and Ordinary Shares:
